AI-Powered Interview Scorecard Assistance

We are excited to introduce a powerful enhancement to the interview module—AI Notetaker for Interview Scorecards. This feature streamlines the interview evaluation process, ensuring accuracy while saving valuable time for interviewers.

How It Works

1. When scheduling an interview, the AI Notetaker is enabled by default (this can be toggled off if preferred).

2. During the interview, the AI Notetaker will request you to join and record the conversation.

3. Post-interview, a transcript is generated within 5-10 minutes.

4. You'll receive a prompt asking if you'd like AI assistance in completing competency evaluations.

5. If selected, the AI analyses the transcript and pre-fills the scorecard with ratings and relevant notes.

If you choose to fill the competencies manually it will show the default scorecard view.

Important Note -

1. If you do not want the AI Notetaker to join, you can disable this option while scheduling the interview.

2. The ratings are not absolute, the user can modify the ratings as per the needs.
